Choose a season plan

Mowing season

Grass cutting only, for the full season. Add a cleanup or any other service whenever you need it.

  • Mid-April through October
  • Weekly, every 10 days or bi-weekly visits
  • Add-ons anytime cleanups, trimming, mulch

Every visit includes

  • Mowing at the right height for the season
  • Edging along walks, drives and curbs
  • Trimming around beds, fences and trees
  • Blowing clippings off every hard surface

Mowing schedules

Pick how often we cut. Ohio grass grows fastest in spring and fall and slows down in the summer heat, so we never take more than a third of the blade at once, which keeps the lawn thick and green.

Weekly

About 28 visits a season

The sharpest look all year. Best for lawns that grow fast or get a lot of rain and sun.

Every 10 days

About 20 visits a season

A middle ground that stays tidy without paying for a weekly cut. Popular for average city lots.

Bi-weekly

14 to 18 cuts a season

Every other week. Works well for smaller or shady yards and slower-growing grass.

  1. Mar – AprSpring cleanupLeaves, sticks and winter debris cleared, beds cleaned out, first cut.
  2. May – JunPeak growthGrass grows fastest. Weekly cuts keep it even.
  3. Jul – AugSummer slowdownWe raise the deck and can stretch to every 10 to 14 days in dry heat.
  4. Sep – OctFall growthCool nights and rain bring growth back. Regular cuts through October.
  5. Oct – NovFall cleanupLeaves off the lawn and out of the beds, last cut before winter.

Visit counts are estimates for a mid-April through October season; weather moves them a little each year.

    Plans & permits

Every build starts on paper, and before that, with the lot. We check whether there's city water at the street or the house will need a well, and whether there's a sewer tap to connect to. Once the lot checks out, we get the plot plan done, then the house plans, and the permits are in hand before any dirt moves.

    1. Scope the lot Check for a sewer tap and city water, or plan for a well.
    2. Plot plan Set the house on the lot: property lines, setbacks, grading and utilities.
    3. House plans & permits Draw the house and pull permits before any dirt moves.

    Built for a city lot

A lot of the lots around Cincinnati are long and narrow, so every foot has to count. This plan set fits three finished levels and a covered front porch into a slim footprint.

    It's in the details

Electrical, plumbing and HVAC are all planned on paper before a single wire, pipe or duct goes in. Every light, outlet, fixture, drain and duct run is mapped and sized ahead of time, so the walls go up around systems that have already been thought through.

    Home demolition on city lots

We take down old and damaged houses on tight city lots, often with neighbors just a few feet away on each side. Our crew brings the house down carefully, pulls the old foundation, hauls everything away and leaves a clean, graded lot ready for development.

    • Full house demolition, including fire-damaged homes
    • Old foundations and basements removed
    • Debris hauled off and the lot graded
    • Careful work between neighboring houses

From old house to empty lot

A clean job site, every day

On every new home we build, the site is kept neat from the first day to the last. Floors get swept, scrap and packaging are hauled off, and materials are stored where they belong.

    • Safer for our crew, our customers and the neighbors
    • Inspections and walkthroughs go smoothly
    • Respect for the street you'll be living on

It's one of the things that sets M3G apart.
